We are seeking a team member to handle technical negotiations with external partners involved in game development, such as platform holders, hardware manufacturers, and middleware vendors, to ensure that development proceeds smoothly. Working with a wide range of people across departments, you will serve as a point of contact to improve quality and resolve technical issues. You will handle external negotiations and internal coordination on technical matters. When introducing technologies provided by external partners, you will act as a bridge and coordinate between those partners and in-house engineers and game development staff. You will share technical information about engine and game development with external partners and negotiate with them to address and improve issues. You will also plan and operate events hosted by the technical division, such as the CAPCOM Open Conference.
- Ability to communicate flexibly and smoothly with business partners - Ability to engage patiently in negotiations with relevant internal departments - Experience in at least one of the following: game development at a game company, or in-depth knowledge of PC technology such as CPUs and GPUs
- At least three years of game development experience - Experience handling external relations with partner companies - Familiarity with the latest GPU and CPU information, particularly expertise in technologies for improving rendered image quality - Project management experience leading a team of approximately 10 people
