Job Function: Non-Standard Job Sub Function: Fixed Term Employee Job Category: Non-Standard All Job Posting Locations: Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan Job Description: This position supports the sales team working in the field of arrhythmia treatment from an administrative perspective. You will be responsible for important back-office tasks that require compliance, such as purchasing, payment, vendor management, and document management. You will handle purchase requests, payment requests, and vendor registrations using internal systems. You will create materials such as sales documents and training materials for the department, and experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, and OneDrive is welcome. You will also manage contract-related tasks, document management based on compliance, order supplies and manage inventory, support the operation of regular meetings with stakeholders, and provide general support to the sales department related to the above tasks. The products you will handle are in the field of Electrophysiology (arrhythmia area), supporting the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias. The main areas include arrhythmia mapping using three-dimensional imaging diagnostic systems and support for catheter ablation treatment for atrial fibrillation. Qualifications: Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles. Language skills are not required.
