Position Overview: Manage facility equipment and Operational Technology to ensure stable operations at logistics centers. Strive to improve productivity, quality, cost, and service in warehouse and delivery-related operations through the implementation of continuous process improvement and automation solutions. Manage warehouse operational processes, systems, and external vendors to promote stable operations and value creation across multiple locations. Job Responsibilities: Process & Project Management: Execute operations and process improvement projects related to warehousing and delivery. Identify challenges across logistics sites and the entire SCM, and implement improvements using Lean / Six Sigma / PDCA methodologies. Plan, create business cases, and promote the introduction of innovations and new solutions. Lead Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) and manage ROI. Manage and execute projects in collaboration with regional and global teams. Support the modification and development of warehouse management systems and manage the lifecycle of IT-related equipment. Plan and execute budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling. Extract on-site needs, prioritize projects, and compile requirements. Quality & Compliance: Manage quality and compliance. Vendor Management: Manage business performance and costs related to external vendors. Support the execution of 3PL operations based on internal quality management regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant requirements such as GxP, SOX, EHS, and CSV. Respond to audits and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Experience in operations management in the warehouse/logistics/supply chain field (3 years or more) - Experience in project management - Experience in improvement activities (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) - Experience in vendor management or managing outsourced operations (preferred) - Development and execution of desktop process automation tools (preferred)
