This position contributes to solving customers' physical analysis challenges and improving yield through dual beam (FIB-SEM) analysis in the semiconductor field. You will support both wafer platform and compact FIB-SEM systems, leading a wide range of activities from on-site support to automation recipe development and internal collaboration. We welcome individuals who are passionate about maximizing customer value. The main job responsibilities include providing general customer support (equipment installation, operation training, technical inquiries), developing and supporting the operation of automation recipes (including evaluation and implementation of new technologies and applications), sales support (demonstrations, evaluations, PoC, technical proposals), developing and optimizing FIB-SEM related applications, providing technical feedback and collaboration with product development and marketing departments, and proposing and supporting the implementation of yield improvement based on physical analysis.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics - Practical experience with the mechanical structure and operation of analytical equipment - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
