The DX&AIX Strategy Division formulates AI strategies for business transformation based on Shiseido Japan's business strategy and promotes company-wide AI Transformation (AIX). - Basic SQL and Python writing skills, experience in executing simple analysis and validation - Project management experience that includes formulating, researching, designing, and executing business strategies for data/AI utilization - Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with diverse stakeholders - Problem-solving skills and logical thinking - Effective documentation and presentation skills - Project leadership skills leveraging both industry knowledge in manufacturing and retail (especially in the beauty sector) and experience in DX-related projects - Ability to design and propose analytical approaches with a focus on creating business value - Insight extraction and reporting capabilities with a focus on delivery
