This role is responsible for leading both Professional Education and Commercial Education in Orthopaedics, driving the development and execution of cross-BU education strategies across Trauma, Sports, Joint, and Spine. It also serves as a central PMO and liaison, collaborating with APAC and domestic stakeholders to drive execution and business impact.
- 3+ years of experience in Orthopaedics (Sales, Marketing, Clinical or Education) - Experience in program planning and/or project leadership preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability - Project management and multi-tasking skills - Stakeholder management and communication skills - Knowledge of orthopaedic products and procedures - Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements - Willingness to travel and work flexibly (including weekends if required) - Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies
