Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for an IT Supervisor. As a member of the Administration & General Division, the IT Supervisor works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include ensuring critical hotel systems, including PMS, POS, accounting, internet, and telephony systems, remain operational and available 24/7; supporting user account administration, access management, system documentation, and troubleshooting; assisting with server maintenance, operating system upgrades, system monitoring, and performance optimization; providing technical support for Front Office, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Catering, and other hotel applications; diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues; maintaining cybersecurity measures, antivirus protection, backup procedures, and disaster recovery processes; supporting wired and wireless network infrastructure, Active Directory, servers, and security tools; participating in technology upgrades, new implementations, and property-wide IT projects; providing desktop support, software updates, and patch management; assisting guests and meeting organizers with technology-related needs; coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers; supporting mission-critical systems outside regular business hours when required; and performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of IT or Finance leadership.
