5+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Account Management, Partner Marketing, or other commercial roles. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with strong ownership. Strong communication and negotiation skills with brand or partner stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. Fluent-level Japanese (English proficiency is a plus).
Experience in F&B, retail, delivery/marketplace platforms, or digital marketing. Understanding of Ads products, performance metrics, and co-funding models. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
