A Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or OEM sectors. Strong understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Japanese. The ability to work strictly under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and deliver world-class results.
