Due diligence of clients and markets. Deal documentation and internal approvals. Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches. Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters. Attending client meetings independently.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience - Strong origination capabilities in M&A and capital raising transactions, with a focus on insurance company coverage within the FIG sector - Established senior-level relationships and access to key decision-makers at insurance companies - Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Japanese - Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to multitask across clients, projects, and geographies - Strong quantitative skills, including extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and articulate complex ideas to demanding clients - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated outputs
- Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability - Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Japanese and English - Highly self-motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment
