- You can contribute through analytical technologies at every stage, from development through post-launch, for a wide range of Shiseido products across all categories. - You can deepen your expertise in analytical science while gaining broad knowledge and experience in cosmetics and regulations in various countries. This is an environment where you can grow both as a specialist and as a generalist with a broad perspective. - The group has 13 members, including temporary staff, under a group manager; mid-career hires and people with experience in other fields are also thriving here. With around 15 hours of overtime per month and the option to work from home one day a week, it is easy to maintain work-life balance. You can work alongside many colleagues in a friendly, collaborative organization that also encourages mutual growth.
