This is a highly customer-facing role. Delivering seamless PC Lifecycle Services requires more than project management expertise. It demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on Customer Success. As a Senior Program Manager within our Lifecycle Services Management team, you will lead end-to-end PC Lifecycle programs that enable modern workplace experiences. You will be accountable for both Service Transition and ongoing Service Delivery, partnering closely with Customers, internal teams, and strategic Service providers to drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure stable, high-quality Services that deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor to Customers, you will lead service governance, executive stakeholder engagement, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen customer satisfaction and business outcomes. In addition, you will provide leadership to the Managed Services team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence while supporting exceptional Customer outcomes.
- 10+ years of program and project management experience, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive-level engagement. - Experience working with global projects or programs, collaborating effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones. - Demonstrated leadership experience leading teams and driving results in a matrixed environment. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Business-level English proficiency and native-level Japanese language skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred. - Experience managing End User Computing (EUC), PC Lifecycle, Workplace Services, or related IT services is preferred. - Knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies and solutions, including Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud-based workplace environments.
