In this remarkable role, you will be at the heart of developing modern NAND Flash memory technologies. You will develop and optimize interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers. Your contributions will be vital in successfully delivering powerful NAND products that set new industry standards. Responsibilities: Build the base die of NAND flash. Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG. Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds. Support new NAND product opportunities by giving to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.

- NANDフラッシュメモリの動作原理および、複数世代・複数種類のNANDフラッシュ製品に関する深い知識 - メモリ業界での実務経験 - AIを活用した設計・レイアウトの効率化経験 - 修士号（MS）＋5年以上、または同等の実務経験 - 学士号（BS）＋10年以上、または同等の実務経験 - チームワークを重視し、主体的かつ粘り強く課題解決に取り組める優れたチームプレーヤー - 設計チームおよび検証（Verification）チームと密に連携し、技術的整合性と開発実行力を支えられる協業力 - In-depth familiarity with NAND Flash operation and different NAND Flash products. - At least 5 years' experience in the memory industry with an MS degree or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with a BS degree (or equivalent). - Leveraging AI for design and/or layout optimization. - A history of being a proactive and diligent phenomenal teammate who thrives in collaborative environments. - Ability to work well across build and verification teams to support technical alignment and execution.
