Collaboration with overseas: Utilize translation tools to communicate in English with overseas members and obtain necessary information.
- 2 or more years of professional experience - Experience using Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Tableau, Slack, etc.) - Practical experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience using basic business communication tools such as email, calendar, and chat - Experience in creating business documents (e.g., external emails, meeting minutes, proposals, reports) - Experience in data processing and editing using functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.) and pivot tables - Experience in creating and updating website content - Ability to think logically based on data and facts and communicate smoothly with others - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work systematically with deadlines in mind - Willingness to actively learn new knowledge and skills and connect them to personal growth - Ability to multitask and handle several tasks simultaneously - Understanding of one's own disability characteristics and readiness to work stably
