This position is responsible for collaborating with various business departments to plan and execute IT/AI strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving the Shiseido Group's 2025-2026 action plan and 2030 mid-term management strategy. You will be in charge of one of the departments, from manufacturing to logistics, sales, and back office, and will play a key role in transforming business processes and promoting systematization within each department. We are looking for an IT Project Manager who can leverage a substantial IT budget and advanced AI infrastructure (such as Claude Code, Gemini Ent, AI Agent, etc.) to lead business reform and system renewal. You will be responsible for one of the business areas (R&D, SCM, Sales, back office, etc.).
