The Trail Architect is a consultant who supports Salesforce product implementation projects. They design comprehensive solutions based on our best practices, understanding the business challenges and objectives faced by our clients. Depending on client needs, they participate in projects in two formats: as an advisor supporting client and partner-led Salesforce implementation projects, or as a prime contractor executing Salesforce implementation projects. The responsibilities include focusing on client success and driving projects while understanding the client's strategy, providing optimal solutions centered around the client's business in collaboration with clients and partners based on our Best Practices (standard features, various knowledge), determining the realization policy for solutions that fit the client's needs and business, leading development as an application lead, and being responsible for delivering high-quality deliverables. They are broadly involved in the system implementation phase from planning, requirements analysis, Fit & Gap assessment, development, to testing. They provide design reviews related to functionality or technology, project implementation guidance, best practices for implementation, and advice on the introduction or optimization of our applications based on client needs, including creating work plans (WBS) and progress management with the necessary granularity for project management, ensuring high delivery quality regardless of the type of project. They propose feasible and effective solutions to various client challenges as experts in our products, sometimes indicating key points to ensure the success of client innovations. They learn and utilize the best practices held globally, including in Japan, and contribute to the accumulation of knowledge based on their own experiences. They quickly catch up with the latest technologies, including three annual updates of our products, while supporting client projects. They closely communicate with clients and business partners to build trust and manage expectations. They collaborate with other roles such as project managers, business architects, and technical architects to achieve results as a team. The Trail Architect participates in challenging projects that assume the use of cross-cloud and the latest products. They provide and support solutions utilizing best practices and standard features across a wide range from planning to construction and testing, leading to the success of clients' businesses and digital transformations. In executing their duties, they can easily access global insights and knowledge, and leverage assets and offerings accumulated through over ten years of delivery experience, allowing them to grow as top consultants for our products. - Over 4 years of experience in solution design/system development, including technical implementation of general enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, etc.) - Experience participating in IT system development projects, identifying and executing necessary tasks for project execution - Implementation experience in waterfall and/or agile methodologies - Consulting skills such as logical thinking and problem-solving - Documentation and presentation skills to convey one's opinions and solutions logically and accurately - Ability to work proactively and independently without waiting for instructions - Continuous learning and humility to learn, with the ability to immediately apply what has been learned and further improve on their own
