We are looking for team members to help create an exciting hotel culture at Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen, a 156-room lifestyle boutique hotel that opened in Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture. We are seeking storytellers who can share deep local experiences. Join our outstanding team, which provides personal, welcoming service that sparks curiosity. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, coordinating between line staff and managers to ensure smooth operations, supporting staff training, and creating work schedules.
- Able to communicate with people from all walks of life - Experience in food and beverage service and knowledge of food and beverages - Able to demonstrate leadership - Able to communicate appropriately with guests, managers, and staff - Japanese language skills at or above a conversational level
- At least two years of experience in a hotel food and beverage department is preferred
