- 5+ years in Culture & Inclusion, HR, Talent, or Program Management - Strong project management and cross-functional partnership - Skilled facilitator and communicator, with GCI experience - Ability to lead key partners - Ability to turn data into actionable plans - Knowledge of HR, talent processes, and local employment laws - Experience in global and multicultural settings - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Must be able to travel to the Hiroshima site frequently
