We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to support a wide range of business, organizational, and coordination activities. In this role, you will work with various internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, management, customers, and partners. You will play an important role in facilitating communication, supporting business operations, and helping teams and projects move forward. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute strategies for the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and global business directions. Drive organizational development and lead competence build-up initiatives for upcoming projects to continuously strengthen team capabilities and readiness. Handle and resolve critical issues and escalations effectively, both internally within the global network and externally with customers and partners. Support the preparation and operation of regular departmental meetings, management meetings within XC Global, XC-JP, and RBJP, as well as external meetings and workshops (e.g., with JOEMs). Facilitate information sharing and coordination between relevant internal and external departments. Act as a bridging role, especially for communications between Japan and Germany, by taking cultural and communication style differences into account. Assist the regional Head of ADAS Japan in creating presentation materials for proposals, business progress reports, etc., aimed at internal and external management. This includes creating graphs and charts, data collection, and format adjustments. Provide support during visits from Bosch Group management and JOEMs, including preparing materials, arranging venues, and attending to guests.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field. (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong motivation and eagerness to learn automotive-related engineering and technical topics. - Strong interest in the automotive industry and basic knowledge of Japanese OEMs. - High level of hospitality and a strong proactive mindset to contribute to and support the team/organization. - Excellent coordination and task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. - Proactive attitude with the ability to ask questions and gather information independently when things are unclear. - Detail-oriented, with the ability to execute tasks carefully and accurately. - Business-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) in addition to business communication skills in Japanese. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in creating presentation materials using PowerPoint is highly preferred.
