As our Motorsports Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating meaningful business impact through motorsports in Japan by developing partnerships, delivering activations, and bringing world-class global properties to life in the local market. You will drive the development and execution of Red Bull's motorsports strategy in Japan, working across automotive, motorcycle, drifting, and broader motorsports communities. Partnering closely with local stakeholders, global motorsports teams, and cross-functional departments, you will identify opportunities that strengthen Red Bull's presence within the Japanese motorsports ecosystem while delivering measurable business and brand impact.
- Deep interest in motorsports and strong knowledge of the Japanese motorsports landscape. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, event marketing, sponsorship, brand marketing, sports marketing, or partnership management. - Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external stakeholders. - Ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams and partners. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Native level Japanese language skills. - Business level English communication skills.
