Unit Code: 2WP/MBC. Challenging Internship at Bosch Japan! You will get the chance to work for a global player and be a part of a dynamic team where you can gather practical and on-the-job experience with a mix of day-to-day operations and projects. Your tasks will include supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of global and regional events, including customer events, press events, trade shows, and internal events; creating and distributing internal communications content across digital channels, including intranet articles and blog posts, and executive video letters; serving as the primary liaison with creative agencies and vendors to oversee the production of product videos and graphics, event branding materials, and promotional merchandise; monitoring remarkable marketing initiatives by industry players and cross-industry communication trends to provide actionable benchmarks and creative insights to the team; and organizing and facilitating regular team meetings and supporting the global marketing communications team to implement annual processes. The target internship period is 1st February 2027 - 31st July 2027. Applicants should be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at the company, be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period, and be flexible, willing, and motivated to live and work in a different culture. Non-Japanese nationals must be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. They must be enrolled at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period, and their university must sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of their university curriculum when applying for the visa. Bosch will not carry out country-specific tax treaty procedures or refund procedures.
- Fluent English required - Be a communicative, proactive, tenacious and reliable team player - Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at the company - Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period - Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture - Non-Japanese nationals must be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan - Non-Japanese nationals must be enrolled at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period - For non-Japanese nationals applying for a visa, their university must sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of their university curriculum
- Media creation skill (e.g. movie editing, photograph shooting, article writing) would be a great advantage - Fluent German preferred - Intermediate Japanese would be a plus - Former internship experience in Bosch preferred
- Very competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme - Necessary documents and information provided for a successful Designated Activities visa application - Applicants intending to intern for 12 months or who already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance
