IHG Hotels & ResortsANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Club InterContinental Lounge, located on the 35th floor of the hotel. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your Front Office or Guest Services experience while overseeing the overall lounge operation and supporting team management in one of Japan's largest Club InterContinental Lounges. Often described as a “hotel within a hotel,” the Club InterContinental Lounge is a unique and exclusive space that combines Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Concierge services. It provides a highly personalized experience for our guests and serves as a key touchpoint for many of our VIP and returning guests from around the world.
Minimum 3 years of guest service and leadership experience within a hotel Rooms Division. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at a general administrative/business level. Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese is preferred. Strong team player with the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
118 days off per year, 9 to 11 days off per month, bereavement leave, maternity leave and childcare leave, 6 days of paid sick leave per year, 10 days of annual paid leave granted in the first year of employment.
