In this role, you are positioned to improve the efficiency and impact of our talent related people programs at Micron by employing AI.
- 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or training related fields. - Build and influence positive relationships across all levels in a global, matrixed organization, bringing to bear leadership and relationship-building skills. - Act as a trusted, strategic partner delivering people-centric solutions aligned to business priorities in fast-paced environments. - Deliver results with urgency, ownership, and a bias for action while navigating ambiguity across global and cross-cultural settings. - Apply AI-enabled tools, strong project management, and facilitation skills to improve team effectiveness and execution.
- Prior experience in high-tech, semiconductor environments with strong understanding of industry dynamics. - Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex global organizations. - Experience demonstrating AI proficiency to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and improve team efficiency.
