As AMD continues its strong growth trajectory, our Talent Acquisition team is expanding to support increasing hiring demands. The Recruitment Manager will lead the team to complete full‑cycle recruitment needs for complex technical engineering roles, as well as Sales and Marketing positions, across one or more business units. The Recruitment Manager is accountable for recruitment delivery across the Japan and Korea markets. This role leads the TA team and owns hiring outcomes end‑to‑end, including recruitment efficiency, team development, and stakeholder partnership. As a strategic advisor to the business, the manager drives talent outcomes by aligning hiring strategies with business priorities. Key Responsibilities include leading and managing stakeholder engagement across the business, developing, coaching, and managing the TA team, driving executive‑level hiring in Japan and Korea, representing and advocating for Talent Acquisition with senior stakeholders, and applying sound judgment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high‑tech industry preferred - Proven people management experience in a matrix environment - Strong ability to navigate complexity and drive solutions - Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruitment strategies in Japan and Korea - Ability to operate effectively within a global organization - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities
