We are actively hiring in the Solutions department, which supports customer success! The Solutions department assists in proposing our cloud solutions from both business and technical perspectives. Together with Account Executives, we conduct hearings on customer business challenges, create and implement advanced solution proposals utilizing AI and Agents, and present our Vision to customers. We welcome applications from those who want to achieve customer success through proposals directly linked to customer business and management challenges, as well as those who love cutting-edge technology.
- More than 3 years of experience in proposal activities for solutions including CRM, or experience as a project manager/project leader in the above solution area, or in IT consulting. - More than 5 years of experience in demo development/customization in the above solution area. - Experience in presentations/demonstrations at seminars and events.
- Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. - Basic knowledge of Agent technology, multi-agent systems, and agent-based modeling. - Experience in system development and implementation utilizing AI/Agent technology. - Business-level English proficiency.
