In this role, you will contribute to business growth and the appropriate and safe use of products by planning and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals. Working with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments and global teams, you will lead the development and execution of year-round education strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering educational programs based on business strategies and customer needs; designing learning journeys that combine in-person and digital experiences; advancing educational initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing; and developing and managing annual education plans that take into account medical conference schedules and new product launches. You will also build relationships and develop networks with experts in the medical field by cultivating connections with prominent specialists and external instructors, expanding instructor networks through medical conferences and educational activities, and identifying and supporting the development of early-career healthcare professionals who may become instructors in the future. You will promote appropriate business practices with a strong sense of ethics while complying with relevant laws and regulations governing the healthcare industry and internal policies. In addition, you will work with APAC (Asia-Pacific) and global teams to share best practices and market trends and support the rollout of global initiatives in the Japanese market.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or education-related work in the medical device or healthcare industry - Experience driving projects in a cross-functional environment - Ability to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
