The Business Intelligence team is responsible for building and maintaining the data and analytics infrastructure needed to enable data-driven decision-making in the EP business. The team works closely with stakeholders across departments to understand strategic and operational needs, translate them into data and analytics solutions, and provide useful insights that support business performance and decision-making. Analyze and interpret strategic and operational business needs, and deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights. Build and maintain the EP business unit’s data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric. Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using the EP data infrastructure and other relevant data sources. Conduct trend and other business analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and changes in business performance. Support analyses of markets, regions, products, and competitors to deepen business understanding and improve the quality of decision-making. Work with relevant business stakeholders to identify BI and analytics needs and translate them into effective reporting and analysis solutions. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of BI processes, data models, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Support BI- and data-related projects and initiatives that contribute to the EP business strategy and organizational priorities. Promote the effective use of data and analytics across the EP business and help improve the quality and speed of decision-making.
