Position Summary: The FP&A Finance Director serves as a key member of the Japan Innovative Medicine Leadership Team and acts as a trusted strategic advisor to commercial and functional leaders. The role leads strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, business performance management, investment prioritization, governance, compliance, and finance talent development.
- MBA or relevant Finance degree. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience within the Finance function or with relevant experience in finance, strategy roles or corporate finance. - Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred. - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics. - Ability to adapt to dynamic, rapidly changing business environment. - Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders.
