This position is responsible for one of the most critical functions supporting our business growth, which is recruitment. You will closely collaborate with mid- to long-term management strategies, business strategies, and organizational strategies, driving the design of recruitment strategies, acquiring critical talent, and enhancing and internalizing the recruitment process in a seamless manner. - Experience in recruitment operations in a business company or the recruitment industry (approximately 5 years) - Experience in simultaneously promoting recruitment for multiple roles and levels - Understanding of the entire recruitment process from defining recruitment requirements to closing - Negotiation and coordination skills with Hiring Managers and executives (in Japanese and English)
- Experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar position - Experience in engineering recruitment or recruitment for highly specialized positions - Recruitment experience in a startup or high-growth phase - Experience in designing recruitment KPIs and utilizing data for improvements
