- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., science, agriculture, pharmacy, life engineering)\n- Practical experience handling Flow Cytometry-related equipment (Flow Cytometer or Cell Sorter)\n- Technical knowledge of Flow Cytometry-related products and experience in providing technical proposals or application support to customers\n- Experience in promoting business while communicating with researchers from universities, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms\n- Ability to read and write business-level documents in Japanese and negotiate\n- Ability to read and write emails, reports, and manuals in English\n- Willingness to travel (both domestic and international; more than half of the week will involve travel or work at customer sites)\n- Possession of a driver's license\n- Ability to maintain good communication with many internal stakeholders, take proactive actions, and plan and execute strategies\n- Ability to gain trust from customers and maintain close communication\n- A positive and objective mindset to propose opinions on matters\n- Ability to learn independently and continue to grow
- Knowledge and experience in Cell Sorting and advanced Flow Cytometry applications\n- Knowledge and experience in research utilizing immunoantibody staining\n- Research experience in immunology, cell biology, and cell analysis fields\n- Proficiency in English sufficient to engage in technical discussions with overseas representatives
