Since this is a Junior position, you will be able to learn and gain experience about over all Facility related roles. You can prepare future step up position among the experienced JLL onsite specialists. This position should covers both MAC / Engineer roles but it is a junior level, and will be able to learn those roles with support / advice from onsite JLL Engineer manager together with Soft service team members. Support JLL onsite Engineer Manager on facility related duty including small move and space data management of client sites. (Tokyo / Osaka / Nagoya) Some operation work related premises will be included daily roles. You will be able to learn / experience daily Handyman / Soft Service support, including a few heavy lifting (boxes, desks, etc), Space Planning support, Minor Moves and Small Project support, Engineer support, support onsite JLL Engineer for initial response to M&E alarm or urgent request, escort vendors for the work in restricted area, Asset Management, Signage Services, Payment support, and Parking related administration. The position is within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Working hours are based on the client’s timetable and generally based on working from the office. Days off are two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period. Overtime pay is available. A fixed overtime allowance is included in the basic annual salary (equivalent to 30 hours per month) for non-managerial positions. Bonuses are available and performance-related. There is a probationary period. One vacancy. The selection process includes application screening, several interview rounds, and a final interview.
- Business level English and Japanese (spoken and written) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills. - Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event. - Able to see things from the client’s standpoint, listen and observe to anticipate client’s needs - Team player, motivate and engage with Colleagues.
