Support inbound receiving activities as needed and maintain warehouse compliance and cleanliness. Responsibilities include performing warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards; supporting Returns and Destruction activities including receipt, inspection, reconciliation, packaging, and documentation of returned clinical trial materials; preparing materials for destruction or transportation according to client instructions and internal procedures; completing required documentation and system updates accurately and timely; maintaining accurate inventory records and storage conditions for returned materials; supporting receiving activities as needed, including receipt and storage of incoming shipments; storing materials under appropriate temperature and warehouse conditions; maintaining warehouse and work areas in a clean, neat, and organized condition; reporting equipment or operational issues to management promptly; following safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times; and assisting management with additional operational tasks as assigned. For Returns and Destruction, receive, inspect, and account for returned shipments and materials; reconcile returned inventory against system records and client instructions; prepare materials for destruction, return shipment, or storage; complete documentation and system transactions accurately; and coordinate material handling activities in compliance with cGMP and client requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent - Basic communication skills with internal teams and management - Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or related operational work - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Basic English reading and writing skills
