You will be responsible for the development of the platform layer of our in-house developed infrastructure "Tailor Platform" and the BFF layer for individual applications. This development platform "Tailor Platform" aims to reduce the development time of business systems used by large enterprises to one-tenth. In this position, you will build the execution infrastructure for AI Agents, tool integration, and abstraction layers on top of the Core Platform, redefining the developer experience and system design in the era of LLMs.
- Experience in designing and developing AI Agents - Experience in designing and implementing tools/skills called from LLMs - Sufficient development experience in TypeScript or similar languages
- Experience in low-level implementation using Go/Rust (including integration with the Core Platform) - Experience in developing runtimes/SDKs/frameworks - Design experience in agent orchestration (Planning/Memory/Tooling) - Experience in distributed system design - Experience contributing to OSS - English: CEFR B1 or higher * Depending on the role, written communication skills in English (reading/writing) may be required, but we will make appropriate assignments considering the balance with technical skills.
