The Customer Success Manager is an expert who supports important customers with a Signature Success Plan to maximize the use of Salesforce products and ROI through both proactive and reactive means. 7+ years of relevant industry experience Deep expertise in at least one line of business (LoB) Proven track record of providing business value to customers as a trusted advisor, along with strong consulting and account management skills Ability and track record of effectively communicating and building trust with stakeholders at all levels, including executive-level Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively under high-pressure situations Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and map technical capabilities to business requirements Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and best practices (preferred) Ability to clearly communicate the importance and value of governance to business and IT executives Ability to adjust the level of abstraction and specificity of messages appropriately based on the audience and situation Continuous learning mindset and proactive attitude towards new technologies and features High motivation and ability to drive work autonomously and proactively Collaborative mindset across roles and departments, with a sense of contribution to the team
