The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning and managing the overall supply chain, including external vendor management, and driving the end-to-end SCM (Supply Chain Management) process from product import from overseas factories, storage in warehouses, to delivery to customers. This role collaborates with internal and external suppliers, 3PL (third-party logistics), and external vendors to respond to customer demand, ensure stable product supply, and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Additionally, it is crucial to accurately understand the business environment and customer demand to achieve company goals. This position also carries the responsibility of leading KAIZEN activities and various projects to promote continuous improvement and cost reduction across the supply chain.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required. A degree in operations management or a related field is preferred. - 3 to 5 years of practical experience in project management or supply chain management in logistics, packaging, order management, or related fields. - Experience in building and managing demand forecasting, particularly in supply chains related to clinical trials, is preferred. - Experience managing a team of three or more. - Business-level English conversation skills. - High-level PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and Office 365 environment. - Ability to set priorities and autonomously manage daily tasks in a remote work environment.
