As a member of the Sales Operation team within the Commercial Operations & Strategy organization, you will be responsible for the operational tasks from order receipt to revenue recognition concerning cataract and vitreous surgery devices, intraocular lenses (IOL), and related products. You will promote improvements in business quality, sales productivity, revenue and shipment accuracy, and compliance adherence while collaborating with related departments such as Sales, Marketing, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Finance, Customer Service, and Quality/RA. In addition to business improvement and process standardization, there will also be opportunities to participate in upcoming SAP-related projects, contributing to business growth while enhancing your expertise in the Commercial Operations area. In the future, you are expected to lead business improvement and system implementation projects as a core member of the Sales Operation team.
