Cofounder/CEO Yo Shibata In today's world, where new technologies and complex and ambiguous social issues abound, it is often difficult for management and business leaders to make decisions with speed about 'what to tackle' and 'which issues to prioritize.' To respond to the growing demand for next-generation strategy consulting that clarifies the direction to tackle in collaboration with the client's leadership, Tailor is looking for new colleagues. We will not let the formulated strategy end up as just a drawing; we will take on the work of strengthening the client's organizational structure through 'co-pilot' support. Rather than just proposals using PowerPoint, we will be responsible for elevating it to a moving output. You will play a crucial role in directly collaborating with the client's management and business leaders to determine the overall direction of the company. - Breaking through 'the dilution of issues': You will lead the identification of truly important management and business issues that need to be addressed, prioritization, and roadmap formulation for the client's management and business leaders. - Organizational strengthening and co-pilot support: You will provide hands-on (co-pilot) support to reform the client's organizational structure and processes to implement the formulated strategy. - Bridging to IT outputs: You will connect the formulated strategy to concrete outputs that create value, not just reports. You will be deeply involved in the process of IT outputs and experience tangible results with your colleagues. - Utilizing the Tailor Platform: You will provide ideas conceived with the engineering team as actual digital products to clients within weeks. Engineers will use the Tailor Platform to build initial applications within one to three days after discussions on the ideal state. We will rapidly cycle through this process to quickly verify and execute the validity of the strategy.
