We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the electric tool division in the Kanto region. You will be responsible for sales activities related to all products in the electric tool division (including electric tools, measuring tools, and accessories for electric tools, particularly aimed at professional users who use our products in their work) to clients in your assigned area (i.e., dealers and retailers). The main duties include conducting product explanations and demonstrations for client representatives, planning and implementing promotional activities for each client, participating in client sales events (providing product explanations and sales support to users), and managing sales targets for assigned clients. This position allows for a direct sales style where you can visit clients directly from home, enabling you to create your own schedule for activities. You will be part of a team of eight in the Kanto area. Regular team meetings (both in-person and online) are held for information exchange and mutual support. Communication is frequently maintained through phone calls and emails outside of meetings. This position is open due to the retirement of the current Area Sales Manager in the Kanto region.
