We are establishing a new Agentic Business Application team within the AI Business Solutions Division. This team is tasked with redefining the very way businesses operate in the AI era and creating new markets. It is a specialized team that tackles large-scale and strategic projects to realize business transformation for our clients. The position we are recruiting for is the Agentic AI Business Applications Consultant, who will play a central role in this team. In this role, you are expected to transform the very competitiveness of companies through "business transformation × AI (Dynamics 365 / Copilot / Agent, etc.)." Utilizing Microsoft’s platform, you will redesign business processes and decision-making, while comprehensively addressing strategy, operations, and technology, and be consistently involved from defining transformation themes to executing them. - Practical experience from conceptualization to execution in strategic consulting or in the fields of corporate transformation and business reform (approximately 8 years of business experience) - Deep domain knowledge and business understanding in one of the following industries: - Manufacturing (automotive, electronics, machinery, chemicals, materials, etc.) - Energy and infrastructure (electricity, gas, oil, renewable energy, etc.) - Business understanding in manufacturing (supply chain, procurement, production, sales, etc.) - Candidates with expertise in specific areas outside of the above are also welcome - Engagement experience with CxO and business leaders, and the ability to build trust (experience in structuring management issues and translating them into transformation themes) - Business acumen including understanding of ROI design, business case development, and deal promotion - Storytelling ability to organize complex issues and communicate them clearly to management - A proactive approach to value creation even in high-uncertainty environments (possessing a Growth Mindset and the ability to positively promote transformation)
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree - Practical experience in a strategic consulting firm, or experience providing consulting services to realize corporate strategy and transformation, with experience leading business transformation projects for large companies (consistent experience from conceptualization to execution support for large companies is preferred) - Understanding of AI/automation/data utilization (not just the technology itself, but how to leverage it for business transformation) - Experience in promoting large-scale business transformations (BPR, operating model reform, etc.) - Business experience in the technology domain (SaaS/cloud) - Experience involved in revenue responsibility and project creation
