The role also involves developing make-or-buy policies and outsourcing strategies, and determining the optimal production structure based on cost, quality, and delivery considerations. You will also develop business growth scenarios from a production perspective, support new product launch planning, and participate in discussions on the future product portfolio. In addition, you will analyze factory KPIs, drive productivity improvement initiatives, and lead business process improvement projects, working with Manufacturing, Procurement, SCM, Design and Development, and Sales to resolve issues.

- Experience improving factory utilization - Experience preparing capital investment plans - Experience with cost improvement initiatives - Experience developing in-house versus outsourcing strategies - Experience collaborating with overseas factories
