This contributes to enhancing overall organizational engagement. Your planning and coordination skills are indispensable for the entire company to unite and achieve the Rakuten Group's mission. Our group's core responsibilities primarily consist of the following three areas. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks aimed at fostering a sense of unity within the company and boosting employee motivation. Operation of Weekly All-Hands Meetings (ASAKAI): Planning, preparation, and facilitation of weekly morning meetings attended by all eligible employees. Supporting the foundation of company-wide communication by conveying messages from management, sharing important information, and facilitating Q&A sessions with employees. Management and Operation of the Internal Award System (Rakuten Award): "Rakuten Award," which recognizes employee contributions and boosts motivation. Planning and Operation of Large-Scale Events: You will be responsible for the execution of all large-scale internal events, including overseas training tours, dinner parties, and employee entertainment events. This involves producing everything necessary for their success, from concept development and budget management to venue arrangements and on-site operations. On a daily basis, we are engaged in the planning, development, operation, and execution of important meetings and events that determine the direction of the entire Rakuten Group, based on direct instructions from the President and executives. Organizational Structure: Team Size: Asakai Operation Group 4 members (including an Manager). Age Range: 20s to 50s. New Graduate vs. Mid-Career Ratio: Approximately 2:8. Average overtime hours: During Peak Seasons: Overtime is estimated to be 30-40 hours per month. Outside Peak Seasons: Overtime is estimated to range from no overtime to 10 hours per month. Our team benefits from a diverse range of backgrounds among our mid-career hires, including individuals from various industries, some with sales experience, and others who were new to back-office roles. Some members have started as individual contributors and advanced to management positions within a few years. There are instances where individuals, after gaining approximately five years of experience, have successfully transitioned to different back-office departments.
