In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities of our hydraulic equipment and hydraulic systems, selling directly to industrial machinery manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers, or collaborating with distributors to sell to manufacturers. If you are assigned to manage distributors, you will also support their sales activities towards manufacturers, which may involve accompanying them in negotiations with clients or making direct contact with them. Additionally, you will be involved in developing sales strategies aimed at expanding sales through collaboration with distributors, including conducting regular meetings with them, as well as other sales-related tasks such as reporting on sales activities. Although this position is for a responsible individual, we expect someone who can not only execute assigned tasks following instructions but also logically develop strategies and add significant value to the operations, potentially taking on a team leader role.
- Experience and knowledge in selling general industrial machinery - Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally (possessing logical thinking and assertiveness) - Business-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC score of 750 or higher) - Native-level Japanese proficiency
