In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales of our hydraulic equipment and hydraulic systems to construction machinery manufacturers, either directly or in collaboration with distributors. If you are assigned to manage distributors, you will also support their sales activities towards manufacturers, which may involve accompanying them to meetings with potential clients or making direct contact with them. Additionally, your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies aimed at expanding sales through collaboration with distributors, as well as other sales-related tasks such as reporting on sales activities. Although this position is for a staff-level role, we are looking for someone who can not only execute assigned tasks following instructions but also logically develop strategies and add significant value to the operations, potentially taking on a team leader role.
- Experience and knowledge in sales of construction machinery - Strong communication skills both internally and externally (possessing logical thinking and assertiveness) - Business-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC score of 750 or higher) - Native-level Japanese proficiency
