You will be part of a growing team providing Food & Beverage Services and Facility Management. You will have the opportunity to support Food & Beverage operations and related projects for prestigious clients while developing your skills within JLL’s career framework. In this role, you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated, and work independently when required, while showing initiative and inspiring confidence in your interactions with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and partners. Working closely with the Client and Food & Beverage vendors, the role involves establishing and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the area. You will act as the Client’s single point of contact in the region for Food & Beverage Services, implementation, and escalation matters, aligning Client requirements with business needs. You will coordinate the Client’s business approval process in the region, reviewing submissions before formal entry into Client systems. Where JLL is the site manager, you will identify, develop, and coordinate key resources to support Food & Beverage Services operations. You will communicate and drive compliance in the capture of data necessary to support JLL and/or Client reporting and business intelligence systems. You will ensure that changes to scope or budget are reported and managed in compliance with Client procedures. You will manage the site budget, spending, and variance, working closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accuracy of financial data. You will guide the IFM team to deliver Food & Beverage Services on time, within budget, and in compliance with operational and data quality standards, while ensuring accurate operational reporting. You will act as a point of escalation, liaising with the F&B Manager and JLL Country Lead to resolve operational and project-related matters. You will promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvements in operations and documentation. You will ensure best practices are followed and work with the vendor site manager to drive quality control throughout operations. You will advocate for and ensure compliance with Health and Safety best practices in accordance with JLL and Client policies. You will optimize tasks within scope to improve individual and team efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities. You will establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders at site and understand their expectations for Food & Beverage services. You will work closely with the Regional Team to support global and regional projects or programs related to Food & Beverage services. You will understand project status, details, and schedules, monitor progress on critical path items, and lead on-site meetings as required. You will proactively identify and resolve deficiencies in service delivery and escalate issues to the F&B Manager as appropriate. You will collaborate with F&B vendors to manage menus, events, promotions, and communications in a timely manner. You will lead cafeteria-related events in coordination with vendors and lead periodic meetings with vendors to ensure services meet Client and end-user expectations in Food & Beverage areas. You will monitor vendor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Food & Beverage services operations and user experience.
