Four SeasonsThe Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for a Sales Manager in charge of International Sales who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling to the international market in assigned geographic regions. Create hotel awareness and generate business leads through direct prospecting activities such as telesales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, tradeshows, network groups, etc. The Sales Manager is accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met to generate the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel success. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision making. - 2-3 years of hotel sales experience or above - Track record in achieving goals and targets - Good communication skills - Excellent skills in managing client relationships - Native-level Japanese proficiency is required to effectively manage local clients and business partners. - English business level is required.
- Previous luxury hotel sales experience preferred - Chinese proficiency or another language is a big plus.
