The main duties include conducting product explanations and demonstrations for client representatives, planning and implementing promotional activities for each client, participating in client sales events (providing product explanations and sales support to users), and managing sales targets for assigned clients. This position allows for a direct sales style where you can visit clients directly from home, enabling you to create your own schedule. You will be part of a team of three in the Kansai region. Regular team meetings (both in-person and online) are held for information exchange and mutual support. Communication is frequently maintained through phone calls and emails outside of meetings. This position is open due to the retirement of the current Area Sales Manager in the Kansai region.
- Sales experience (3 years or more) - Valid driver's license (Type 1) - Japanese language proficiency (native level in reading, writing, and conversation) - PC skills (primarily in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint)
- Sales experience in the professional tool industry - Communication skills - Negotiation skills
- This is a direct sales style where you live in the assigned area and go directly to clients from home. - The basic work schedule is weekdays, but participation in sales events at client locations may require working on weekends. (If you work on weekends, you can take a compensatory day off on a weekday.) - There will be regular domestic business trips centered around your assigned area. The frequency will depend on your residence and assigned area, but it could be about one-third of the month. There are generally no overseas business trips unless there are special events.
