As Sales Manager, you will drive new business and sustainable revenue growth across the Corporate, Leisure and MICE segments. By understanding client needs and working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you will deliver tailored proposals and contribute to both individual and Sales Team targets. You will identify new clients and business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts; conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections and presentations; create tailored proposals combining rooms, meetings, events, dining and banqueting; develop and implement sales action plans based on market trends, client needs and sales performance; collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise business opportunities and profitability; build lasting relationships with domestic and international corporate clients, travel agencies and event partners; monitor progress against revenue targets, report results and implement actions to improve performance; and support and coach Sales Team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. You build trust with clients and take ownership of creating business opportunities and achieving revenue targets. You value team success as much as individual results, adapt positively to change and seek opportunities to learn and improve. IHG’s five values are Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together. At Kimpton, these values are brought to life through 100% You, Ultimate Host and Spark Joy. Bring your personality and passion for hospitality, and contribute to the success of our hotel and team.
