As a data analyst for the hydrogen ecosystem solutions team, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various hydrogen demonstrations and sources and deriving insights to support the development of hydrogen products and businesses.
Bachelor’s degree in information engineering, data science, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics / data science. Expertise in data collection and manipulation (e.g., SQL, python etc.). Expertise in statistics and trend analysis. Expertise with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with energy demand/supply topics (e.g., hydrogen economy, oil & gas, renewables). Proficiency in business level Japanese and advanced English.
Master’s degree in information engineering, data science, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge about cloud services. Experience in the software product development for the energy management system, electric power systems. Ability to learn new domains as needed. Experience in UI/UX design and front-end web development. Professional experience in web application development using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI etc.) or Java (Spring etc.) with DB (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Ability to create design documents for Web APIs, databases, and batch processing. Proficiency in business level English. Native level Japanese.
