We are looking for team members to help create an exciting hotel culture at Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen, a 156-room lifestyle boutique hotel that opened in Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture. We are seeking storytellers who can share deep local experiences. Join our outstanding team, which provides personal, welcoming service that sparks curiosity. We are committed to helping guests discover a new side of Inuyama they never knew existed. Key responsibilities include serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant; taking charge of assigned shifts; developing staff; and providing training. Our team includes people with hotel restaurant experience as well as staff with no prior hotel work experience. We aim to create an environment where everyone can work in a way that feels true to themselves.
