BoschJoin the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in Planning process area (Plan-to-Fulfill). Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector. Focus on planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments. Play a key role in SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs. Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level. Act as a Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP & APO) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes. Support, optimize, and deploy planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA). Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and internal IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization. Provide support for requirements definition, testing, user training, and documentation throughout the project phase, followed by operational support after go-live. The Bosch Group is strengthening its Mobility Business Process Management and DX capabilities in Japan. Yokohama & Higashimatsuyama (Saitama) groups serve as an East Asia regional hub supporting SAP transformation programs. This position plays an important role in driving SAP S/4HANA rollout projects globally. Opportunity to participate in global SAP transformation programs from end to end. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field - Approximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects - Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries - Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systems - Experience in process consulting and rollout projects - Experience in FIT-GAP analysis and process design - Experience in test management and user support - Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentations - Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project activities - Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - English: Business Level (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) - Japanese: Native speaker or Business Level Japanese Language proficiency
